Wesley College Melbourne, a Uniting Church school with a rich tradition spanning 151 years, is a diverse, dynamic, coeducational learning community with more than 3,100 students aged between 3 and 18 years across 3 main campuses.

Based at our St Kilda Road campus, we are seeking an outstanding and experienced Administrator for an ongoing position, available for immediate commence. This position is full time with 4 weeks annual leave per year.

The Assistant to Head of Middle School is responsible for carrying out the administrative tasks essential for the smooth functioning of the Middle School.

The successful applicant will be a capable, organised, caring and enthusiastic administrator, who has experience managing the office of a dynamic Middle School. We seek a person who is organised, enjoys being busy and has the initiative and stamina to work in a demanding environment.

Proficient IT skills including an in depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) are required.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and ideally have experience in a similar role dealing with a wide variety of people.  You will be at ease working in a busy, changing environment and be able to make decisions and handle unexpected situations in a professional manner.
