Wesley College Melbourne, a Uniting Church school with a rich tradition spanning 152 years, is a diverse, dynamic, coeducational learning community with more than 3,350 students aged between 3 and 18 years across three main campuses.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant, Curriculum based at the St Kilda Road Campus for a full time, ongoing position commencing in January 2019.

The successful candidate will provide administrative and organisational assistance to the Executive Director of Curriculum and International Strategy, and has a vital role supporting the IB DP leadership team, with the Implementation of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) across the College.

In making this appointment, the College is seeking applicants who, among other qualities can demonstrate the following:

  • Administrate experience with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure with close attention to detail
  • Proficiency with word processing and the use of databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the school community
