Wesley College Melbourne, a Uniting Church school with a rich tradition spanning 153 years, is a diverse, dynamic, coeducational learning community with more than 3,350 students aged between 3 and 18 years across three main campuses.

The Marketing Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Wesley College marketing team and the Director of Marketing. This role is responsible for providing design, administrative and systems support to the marketing and admissions team and other key stakeholders across the school.  It is also responsible for providing administrative assistance directly to the Director of Marketing and to the broader marketing and admissions team.  

The Marketing team is accountable for upholding the image of Wesley College, both internally, to the College community and externally, to the community at large, in order to strengthen the brand and reputation of the College and to cultivate enrolments.

Position Requirements

  • Organised, experienced administrator with the ability to prioritise
  • Able to multi-task
  • Experience working in a marketing environment highly desirable.
  • Proficient in InDesign
  • A creative flair and visually literate
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure with close attention to detail
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including IT, Finance and OWCA, Foundation
  • A current Working With Children Check and National Police Certificate are essential requirements of this role
