Job Description
Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana and Lochend, and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes.
The College is seeking an Alumni Relations Liaison Coordinator for a permanent part time (0.40 FTE) position commencing in 2025. We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about supporting relationships within the College Alumni community. This is a dynamic role that offers flexibility in work hours.
This role will work to enhance the relationships within the College Alumni community and will do this through a variety of communications and marketing activities, organisational activities, special projects, assisting Alumni through careful administration, including the College database, a variety of surveys, EDMs and social media management, via a clear understanding of the College's philosophy and ethos, and a deep understanding of the OW community.
