Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana and Lochend, and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes.
The College is seeking to appoint a Digital Learning Coach for a permanent full-time position. This position is available for commencement in January 2026. This role is an important leadership and management role operating at both campus and College levels.
The Digital Learning Coach is expected to display leadership in the use of digital technologies to enhance conception, planning and delivery of curriculum, learning and teaching across the ECLC – 12 continuum. The Coach builds the capacity of staff to develop creative and innovative approaches to learning and teaching with digital technologies. They will support staff in the use of the digital systems that support teaching and learning at Wesley College. The Digital Learning Coach will provide leadership, training and professional development to teachers and administrative staff and will operate by collaborating, coaching, or consulting as appropriate. The Digital Learning Coach is an expert digital integrator who has strong knowledge of modern workplace practices, learning, teaching, digital systems, and tools. The role will require working with staff across all of Wesley's campuses.
