Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana and Lochend, a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes, Boarding from Year 7-12 at the Glen Waverley Campus, and a Year 7-10 English Language Preparation Programme
The College is seeking to appoint a dynamic Admissions Associate. This role will work across the three metropolitan campuses as a member of the Community Engagement Department, but is primarily based at our Glen Waverley campus. This is a full time, ongoing position and available for immediate commencement.
The Admissions Associate is an important member of the team responsible for enrolments and engagement with future families. The role is outward facing with key responsibility for phone and event support of families, administrative tasks associated with enquiries, enrolment and the pre-commencement process.
The role also provides vital support to the Campus Admissions Manager to ensure the efficient operations of the campus admissions office. The role is important in the engagement of families through the management of enquiries, collaboration with colleagues, and engagement across various areas of the College to support enrolments, reporting and the Wesley journey. Experience with Synergetic would be highly regarded and customer service background would be highly valued.
