With over 3,400 students from Early Childhood to Year 12, the College operates across three metropolitan campuses – St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley, and Elsternwick – as well as outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana, and Lochend, and a Year 9 residential campus in Clunes.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our senior sports program on a permanent part-time basis (0.3 FTE). Working across our Melbourne campuses, this role will design and deliver specialist coaching and development programs to support high-performance student-athletes and those engaging in strength and conditioning training.
The Strength and Conditioning Coach will collaborate with Head Coaches and the Head of Athletic Development and Wellbeing to plan and supervise training sessions, oversee athlete rehabilitation and injury management, and foster a positive, student-centred training environment that promotes wellbeing and peak performance.
Applicants should hold nationally recognised strength and conditioning qualifications, have demonstrated experience working with school programs and managing teams, and possess high-level coaching experience (preferably in a school setting).
