Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools.  With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana, Lochend and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes.

We are seeking an outstanding Senior School Administrative Assistant for a full-time (1.0 FTE) ongoing position commencing Term 2, 2026. This position is based at our Glen Waverley Campus. 

This position is central to supporting the effective operation of our Senior School and offers a broad opportunity to utilise your diverse skill set while contributing meaningfully to the day-to-day functioning of the school. Your strong organisational abilities, advanced computer skills, initiative, and capacity to engage with a wide range of members across the Wesley community will be highly valued. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Experience with the VASS database and Synergetic is favourable but not essential.

You must hold or be prepared to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Records Check to be considered for this position.
