Job Description
Wesley College Melbourne is a diverse and dynamic coeducational learning community with a 160‑year history of delivering outstanding academic education. As one of Melbourne's largest independent schools, Wesley educates more than 3,400 students from Early Childhood to Year 12 across three metropolitan campuses.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sustainability Coordinator, for a part-time 0.6 FTE position. This is a permanent position, based at our Glen Waverley Campus, with an immediate commencement available.
Reporting to the College Head of Facilities, the Sustainability Coordinator supports the development, implementation and monitoring of sustainability initiatives across the College. This role advances the College's environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives by coordinating programs, collecting and analysing performance data, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.

The position bridges high-level policy with daily campus operations, driving practical outcomes while fostering a culture of environmental stewardship among staff and students.
