Job Description
Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana, Lochend and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Officer - Enterprise Risk to support the College's enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance functions.
Reporting to the Business Director & Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role is responsible for the administration of risk and compliance systems, maintenance of risk and compliance registers, governance documentation and reporting processes.
The position also coordinates selected regulatory reporting obligations and provides practical support and guidance to staff on compliance projects, initiatives and processes across the College.
This is a full-time ongoing position based at our St Kilda Road Campus.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
